COOKING LIVER
A CONTRIBUTED RECIPE. Chop finely lamb’s fry or liver or four sheep’s kidneys. Cook gently with two tomatoes, one teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper. Add one fried chopped onion if liked. Cook some vermicelli in boiling salted water. Drain. Put the vermicelli in a dish, sprinkle grated cheese over it. Over this pour the cooked kidney or liver and tomato Serve hot.
