Members Hold Formal Sitting By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 16. Its duty being to inquire into and report upon the administration of the Departments of the Government concerned with the administration of Native Affairs, the Native Affairs Commission held its first sitting to-day. After the Commission of Appointment had been read, the chairman, Mr Justice Smith, made a statement outlining the Commission’s views upon the task before it, and the Commission adjourSKd until April 10.
