EX-KAISER SHORT OF CASH
Desires to Return to Germany LONDON, March 14. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Doorn correspondent say that the advisers of the Hohenzollerns are discussing ths ex-Kaiser’s return to Germany owing to his straitened circumstances, losses through exchange on moneys from England and America and restriction on the export of moneys from Germany under the Hitler regime. It is suggested that, the ex-Kaiser might go to one of his castles at Hamburg and end his days in comparative -ecJusion.
