United States Inquiry on Foot I REASONS FOR ARMY’S FAILURE WASHINGTON, March 14. i The Secretary for War, Mr George I H. Dern, to-day appointed a special committee of aeronautical authorities, | including Colonel Lindbergh and Messrs Chamberlain and Orville Wright to determine the causes of the Army's difficulties in handling air mail. Mr Dern asked the committee expressly to study air corps equipment, training and personnel. The committee will be authorised to j call witnesses to take testimonies to establish deficiencies
