The annual meeting of the Otane I Library Committee. which was to have been held on Saturday night has been , postponed until Wednesday, March 21. Even the most fickle woman could i hardly pine more pranks than lias the j weather this year Summer months , have been sadly misplaced, and winter < ailments have founo many victims.
