PLANE LANDS IN MANCHUKUO
Japanese Protest to Moscow TOKIO, March 14. It is officially stated that a Soviet plane fell or made a forced landing in Ibe vicinity of Lake Ranks, in easternmost Manchukuo. Two Soviet pilots have been arrested. The War Office foreshadowed a strong protest to Moscow.
