FORETOLD OWN MURDER

Search for Handsome Count CHANNEL PORTS GUARDED (Received 13, 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, March 12. The police at Channel ports are keeping watch for a handsome socalled count, aged 30, in connection with the mysterious death of Louise, the pretty wife of a wealthy grain dealer, Herel, who was found dead in a half-full bath in a luxurious flat in the Champs Elysees. Mme. Herel’s maid told the police that her mistress foretold that she might be murdered and told her that if that were so she was to inform the police that the murderer’s name was on one of three visiting cards hidden in a cupboard. The police found the two others, who have accounted for their movements. The third has disappeared.
