POULTRY RUNS BILL
FEE FOR REGISTRATION FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, Nov. 3. The Poultry Runs Registration Bill was read the first time in the House of Representatives to-day. The Hon. C. E. Macmillan said that the bill was similar to the measure introduced under a different name last year, but it was now made clear that the Poultry Registration Board would not take over any of the functions of the Department of Agriculture.
