While engaged in straining wires on a fence on the Westshore embankment, Mr. William Charles Walsh, of Westshore, was struck by a wire which f snapped, nnd received a broken arm. Ho was admitted to the Napier Hospital. where he is making good progress. He is a married man with etz children.
