DISCONTINUANCE IN ENGLAND. British Official Wireless Service. RUGBY, November 1. The Tobacco Trade Association, representing tho manufacturers and distributive organisations in tho tobacco trade in tho United Kingdom, announce that it has been decided by all sections of the association that the issue by manufacturers of coupons, certificates, vouchers, miniature cards, packets, or similar things which have an exchangeable value will be discontinued after December 31.
