BRITISH COLUMBIA ELECTIONS
LIBERALS MAINTAIN SOLID FRONT VICTORIA, (8.C.), November I. General elections are to be held on Thursday for 41 seats out of 47, the other six being postponed because of tho death of Mr W. J Bowser, the candidate for Victoria City, which is electing four, and Vancouver, which is electing two. The elections follow two years of political confusion, and unless one party gets a majority over all the others, the complexion of the next Government will probably be decided only after prolonged negotiations among the elected members. Mr T. D. Tatullo leads the Liberals, who have generally a solid front among the general confusion.
