Parker, 2—6, 6—4, 6—4, 7—5; Lott and Btoeffen defeated Perry and Wilde, 6—2, 6—2. WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT. (Received 18, 10.55 a.m.) FOREST HILLS, Aug. 17. In the third round of the United States women’s tennis tournament Helen Jacobs defeated Freda James, 6—3, 6—4.
