The Napier Thirty Thousand Club has approached the Napier Borough Council officially to consider tho projected scheme of erecting a pavilion upon fho Marine Parade. Yesterday afternoon a number of poles were erected about IGO feet from where they were placed a fortnight ago—at a spot near the'new bay—so as to give members of the Borough Council some idea of the perspective were tho pleasure pavilion built. This newly suggested location is somewhere near the Gas Co.’s premises, and is to bo viewed by members of the Thirty Thons *n<l Club 1 and borough councillors.
