INTERESTING NEWS FOR GROWERS.
Growers of Winter Cole and Nelis pears will be interested to learn that permission has been received for sizes 252 to be submitted for export under full guarantee. With reference to the closing date for receiving Cole pears, it has been agreed to defer this for a Gay or two on the later maturing orchards where full crops are being harvested.
