COMING-OF-AGE PARTY

FOR MISS E. HICKEY. A very happy gathering of friends and relations was held at the home of Mr and Mrs Tom Hickey on Thursday evening to celebrate the coining-of-age of Mr and Mrs Hickey’s second daughter, Eileen. After games and dancing the guests gathered round the supper table to wish Miss Hickey the best of good luck. A delicious cake, on which were placed 21 candles and a gold key, was then cut. and Miss Hickey was presented with a gold key brooch from her parents. Other pretty gifts were also received.

Those present were: Mr and Mrs Hickey and Master Tom Hickey. Mrs and Miss Jensen, Mr and Mrs C. Jensen, Miss V. Humphries and Master F. Humphries, Misses, W. Murray, M. Williams, C.
