STATION 2ZL, HASTINGS
CHILDREN'S SESSION REVIVED
PROBABLY RESUME ON THURSDAY NIGHT.
Radio listeners generally, but more particularly the children, will no doubt be very pleased to learn that Station 2ZL, Hastings, has now made arrangements for the popular children’s sessions conducted by “Uncle Ed” and “Aunt Gwen” again to take part in the station’s schedule and subjected to the necessary extension of the timetable being granted by the authorities, these sessions will recommence on Thursday next.
Of course, it is possible that by that time the position of the station in regard to the use of gramophone records may have been brought to a head, and unless satisfactory arrangements can he made it is not likely that there will be any children’s sessions—or any 2ZL either for that matter.
