Price and quality are the final tests of value. Quality fells and prices pull. The iii-icc pull was particularly strong at Westerman’s, Hastings, to-day, for all remnants and oddments were made available for quick clearance at half the marked sale prices. Traffic was very brisk and big business was done. Similarly to-morrow, Saturday, further great clearances will be made—all at half the marked sale prices in both big stores at Westerman’s, Hastings.
