WHOLESALE RATES
DECREASES IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.! (Received 10, 10.30 a.m.) Rugby, March 8. As measured at the Board of Trade, the average of wholesale prices in February showed on balance a decrease of 1.3 per cent, as compared with January, and a decrease of 6 per cent, as compared with February, 1932.
