At Te Aroha to-day, William Holdcraft, farmer, of Wairakau, was committed for trial at the Supreme Couit by Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., on a charge of breaking and entering the premises of the To Aroha and Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company at Te Aroha. The accused was discovered by the company’s manager in the factory on the night of February 16 and evidence was given that he was changing a sample of his own cream taken from his supplies to the factory for another sample of rich cream found in his possession.—Press Assn.
