HASTINGS HIGH SCHOOL v. DANNEVIRKE HIGH SCHOOL. The following will represent the Hastings High School in their match against the Dannevirke High School to-morrow and Saturday on the latter's ground:—C. Caldwell (captain), B. Waymouth (vice-captain), M. de Denne, K. Garland, E. Garnett, H. Kirschberg, E. Mullinder, D. Lean, G. Toothill, D. Smith, C. Eves, G. Donne. The team will travel by motor-cars, leaving Hastings to-morrow morning at 8.39, and will be in the charge ot Mr Atkinson. BRADMAN’S LETTER. SURPRISE EXPRESSED AT DISCLOSURE. Sydney, March 8 Bradman, interviewed, expressed surprise that the Rochdale Club had disclosed the contents of his letter other than his decision. He added that the letter was written during the second Test here, since when he has not heard from Rochdale. Bradman expressed the hope that he would be selected to play for Australia if the team goes to England next season.
