MORE DELAYS ENCOUNTERED. ARRIVAL AT LE BOURGET. Parle, Dec. 18. Amy encountered bad weather after leaving Oran to where she returned and started again at sunrise when she fie* north. She was delayed by head winds and bad visibility during the day and the oil filter was continually troublesome. She tried hard to reach Croydon, but when above Beauvais she ran into a fogbank, and as night was at hand decided to land at Le Bourget, which she found with difficulty. She arrived exhausted, but was warmly welcomed. She flies to Croydon to-day. She established a Cape Town to Le Bourget record and can still beat the Duchess of Bedford’s and Barnard’s record from the Cape to Croydon. HINKLER READY AGAIN. FLIGHT TO DARWIN. London, Dec. 17. Hinkler has completed plans for a flight to Darwin. He believes he enn do the trip in four to five days, and intends to' arrive at Darwin before Christmas.
