THE LATE MB G> D. GBEENWOOD. WILL FILED FOB PBOBATE. Chrtstehttrch, August 81. A The will of the late Mr G. D. Greenwood was filed for probate to-day. The estate waa sworn at under 9750,000. There are no public bequests, tad the bulk of the estate io to bo held In trust. All race horses and stud thoroughbreds are to be sold, and the trpateee are directed to expend a reasonable sum, not exceeding MOO, to erect a slab or headstone over the grave of the horse Gloaming. Teviotdale Station goes to Harold Greenwood for life, end after his death, to Ha elder son. The testator’s widow, Mr OaHeigh Greenwood (son), Mrs Bamsay, of Australia (a daughter), tad Mrs Harold Greenwood each will receive annuities amounting in the total to 16600 yearly. The estate including property In Anatrtlte and elsewhere, Is held by the trustees with power to cany on the butatto of farming. After satisfying all the varioui payments the trustees are directed to accumulate the balance of the income for the benefit of the testator’s grandchildren, Mr Harold Greenwood (a son of the testator) and Mr F. 8. Wilding are executors and trustees. It is stated that death duties may amount to 2236,000.
