NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER CHANGING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN STREETS. yOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Hastings Borough Council held on Thursday, the 14th day of July, 1932, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday, the 11th day of August, 1932, at 7.30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Hastings Street, Hastings:— RESOLUTION: That in pursuance of the powers contained in Sections 172 and 190 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,’ and of all other powers, if any, in that behalf enabling it, the Hastings Borough Council doth hereby resolve, by way of Special Order, to change the names of the Streets in the schedule hereunder to the names stated opposite each respectively, such Streets being delineated on a plan now deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office, Hastings, the present names and the new names being marked thereon; AND that this resolution shall take effect on and after the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
