The long tailored sleeves were pointed over the wrist and were an added grace to the frock. Her modish green chip straw hat with its yellow flower suited her to perfection. Shoes and stockings were worn to tone and she carried a bouquet of golden roses and chrysanthemums. The bride’s small niece, lima, made a winsome flower girl in her long frock of gold ring velvet and her little Dutch cap finished with flat velvet flowers. She carried a posy in tones of gold Mr B. Wells capably carried out his duties as best man.

Miss Lorna Scarfe, sister of the bride, was attired in a simple frock of Lido blue crepe-de-chine and a white felt hat relieved with touches of blue.
