ELECTION OF OFFICERS. Wellington, July 8. Officers were elected as follow to the New Zealand Farmers’ Union: —President, Mr W. J. Polson, M.P. (Stratford); vice-presidents, Messrs W. B. Matheson (Wellington) W. W. Mulholland (Darfleld), and'E. H. Murney (Tapanui); treasurer, Mr R. S. Chadwick (Dannevirke); advisory committee, Messrs C. C. Jackspn (Eopuaranga), W. Morrison (Maxwell), R. H. Feisst (Cambridge), D. Dickie (Washpool), J. D. Hall (Christchurch), J. D. Rove (Crookston) and H. Seifert (Palmerston North).
