IRISH DUTIES BILL
OBSTRUCTIVE AMENDMENTS OVERWHELMINGLY REJECTED London, July 8. In the House of Commons, at the committee stage on the Free State Bill, Mr Maxton, Mr Devlin and others moved a number of amendments of an obstructive character, all of whicli were rejected overwhelmingly. Mr Baldwin announced that the adjournment would be taken on July 13 till October 27 unless anything unforeseen occurs.
