Hume, of Hamilton, in an address to dairy farmers in Hastings this afternoon. ‘‘She has had wonderful statesmen in the past, and she has just as splendid men governing her to-day. Our Job is to carry on—but not to carry on Just anyhow. We must havo our businesses so efficient that when the time comes we can go ahead and seize the opportunities that are presented to us. Most of us in the past have lagged two or three years behind good times. We have been missing the bus year after year.”
