Tony Gora was not a happy man after his fight with Palmer. "I am sorry it was not a better fight, ’ ’ he said. "I am veery disappointed with myself. My right arm was almost useless after the seventh round. But your Palmer is a good fighter. What a variety of punches! And his stamina! It Was my first fifteen-round fight; but your Palmer was faster at the last than at first. I shall do better next time. You see!’’
