THE GOULBURN SEAT. DEFEAT OF LANDS MINISTER. (United Press Association—By CableCopyright.) SYDNEY, June 15. The only further noteworthy incident in the New South Wales elections is the announcement of the final figures for the Goulburn seat, where Mr Tully, former Minister of Lands in the Lang Government, has been defeated by Mr Loughlin by 1000 votes. It is a case of history repeating itself. Mr Loughliu was Minister of Lands in 1925 in the first Lang Government, which was wrecked by party defections, among whom was Mr Loughlin, who is now returned as a United Australians.
