Blockage in Stream The serious position arising from the blockage in the Tutaekuri-Waimate stream was raised at yesterday’s meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Rivers Board by Mr J. Macdonald, who stated that it was interfering with the activities of the Omarunui Drainage Board. The water at the concrete bridge on the Fernhill road was three feet deeper than it should be, which was a serious matter.
