KUBELIK BANKRUPT
AN UNFORTUNATE SPECULATION. (United Press Association—By CableCopyright.) (Received 8, 8.50 a.m.) London, June 7. A Prague message states that Jan Kubelik, the violinist, earned £750,000 during his musical career and is now bankrupt, having lost nearly everything in an unfortunate speculation. He has now been compelled to sell his favourite violin. Kubelik recently insured one finger for £6,000.
