EUROPEAN ECONOMIC MOVE. (Received 11, 1.10 p.m.) Brussels, Dec. 10. The Chamber rejected a motion calling on the Government to negotiate with France and Holland to conclude an economic customs union. It passed a resolution in favour of the Government filtering into conversations with Britain, France and Holland with a view to the creation of a fast internal market.
