CHRISTMAS COMPETITIONS

All readers of the Kiwis’ Corner are invited, to take part in the Christmas Competitions, which are open to all chiilrren between the ages of six and fourteen years. The subjects are as follows: Short Christmas story for senior girls and boys, entitled “A Christmas Problem.’’ Prizes of 5/- will be given for the- best stories in this section, one for the girls and one for the boys. The stories must be original, and must not exceed 200 words. This competition is open to boys and girls from 11 to 14 years. Special original essay, entitled “My Christmas Adventure.” Not more than 200 words for junior boys and girls. Two prizes, one for boys and one for girls, of 216 each.
