ARCADIA TALKIES. HASTINGS FINAL SCREENING OF “HOLIDAY” Ann Harding describes the time spent during the making of “Holiday” as the busiest of her life. In addition to working long and strenuous hours in the leading role of this picture, she furnished her newly built house during that time. When an occasional afternbon was devoted to scenes in which she did not appear, Miss Harding hied herself to furniture stores, electrical shops, and other purveyors of household wares, and with her husband, Harry Bannister, selected the things needed for their home. However, as a result of her arduous activities, the completion of “Holiday,” which will be seen and heard for the last time at the Arcadia Theatre to-night, found a completely furnished house ready for the occupancy of Miss Harding, Mr Bannister and their small daughter Jane.
