LANDSLIDE IN PANAMA CANAL
DUE TO EXCESSIVE RAINS. (United Press Association—By CableCopyright.) (Received 10, 10.15 a.m.) New York, Nov. 9. A Balboa message states that a landslide occurred' during Sunday night in the Caillard cut in the Panama Canal as the result of incessant rains, which have caused the engineers to take precautions against floods. Traffic will probably be tied up for several days.
