NEW SYSTEM PROPOSED. The chairman (Cr. A. C. Russell) observed that the contemplated change would benefit the Patangata county, otherwise there was little difference in the effect of the systems. Cr. Edgecombe thought the proposal would be equitable. The letter was received.
