<3,000,000 TO BE RAISED. AUTHORITY FOR MINISTER. Authority to borrow up to £3,000.000 r pertain Public Wnrks purposes is ven to the Minister of Finance in tho nanee Bill (No. 4), which was introred in the House on Saturday afteron. The money borrowed will bo paid into j Public Account to the credit of tho neral Purposes Account of the Public orks Fund.
