Parry'a speech in the Budget debate was ins terrupted by a young man in the gallery at the back of the floor of the House. Mr Parry had been quoting from the speech by Mr A. M. Samuel when, from this unexpected quartet, came the comment: “You have not stated all he said.” An orderly immediately went for* ward to remonstrate. “Don’t stop me; listen to me. You are not going to put me out. I have something to say. Don’t put me out,” the interjector continued. A scuffle with the orderly and the assistant chief messenger followed. “If you don’t give me something to do in this country —” commeneed the stranger, who by this time had been removed to the end of the pdasage. “Let me speak. Don’t be a damn fool, man. I am going to say something. ’ ’ Further scuffling was punctuated by the remarks: “There, rou hate broken my glasses now.” “X hate something to say." The disturber was then rushed out of the chamber, a curtain being torn in the process.
