HAVELOCK NORTH TOWN BOARD. ■VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the provisions of the Town Board Act, 1908 (Sec. 35) tho Town Board’s Amendment Act, 1910 (Sec. 2), the Rating Act, 1925 (Sec. 51 to 59), the Hospital and Charitabl ■ Institutes Act, 1909 (Sec. 41), and the Harbours Act, 1923, it is the intention of the Board, at . the Ordinary Meeting to be held on Friday 11th day of July, 1930, to make and levy the following rates for the period from the .first day of April, 1930, to the 31st day of March, 1931, such rates to be levied on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Havelock North Town district: — General Rate 3 10-40 of a penny in the pound; Water Rate id in the pound (with a minimum charge of 10/-); Hospital Rate 33-40 of a pennyin the pound; Harbour Rate 9-40 of a penny in the pound. The said rates to be due and payable in one sum on tho first day of August, 1930, at the Town Board Office, Havelock North, where tho Valuation Roll will be open, during office hours. Also to make and levy a separate Special Rate of Id -in the Pound to provide interest and sinking fund on No. 1 Loan Account, a separate Special Rate of 8-40 of a penny in the Pound to provide interest and sinking fund on No. 2 Loan Account, and a further separate Special Rate of a Id in the Pound to cover road and footpath work for the same period.
