London, March 7. The master of the steamer Cornwall, which went ashore this week at Curacoa, near Panama, cables that attempts throughout tho day bv two tugs to tow off the vessel failed. Preparations are being made for fresh efforts AH leaks are under . control and the temperatures of the refiigerated cargo nre normal. The •weather is fine and the ship is not pounding.
