8100 COMPLETED. (United Frees Association—By SableCopyright.,’ London, Nov. .-1. The second air ship, RlOO, has been completed and will be taken over by the Air Ministry in a few weeks. RlOl is at present at the mooring mast. It rode out a severe gale of wind, which often reached the velo city of 70 miles an hour. Several air liners had thrilling ex. periences through the gale, which forced landings at emergency aerodromes. Mountainous seas over the Channel seriously interfered with crossings. Heavy rains throughout England are causing floods in low-lying centres.
