MANUFACTURE OF SUPERPHOSPHATE
COMPANY FORMED IN DUNEDIN BUILDINGS AND PLANT TO BE ERECTED. [Per Press Association.! Dunedin, Aug. 23. A company to be known as the Dominion Fertiliser Co. has secured from tho harbour Board an area of acres at Ravensbourne and has let a contract of £212,200 to the Fletcher Construction Coy to erect fertiliser buildings and plant for tile manufacture of superphosphate, with a total capacity of 75,000 tons per annum. Tho company lias secured from the harbour board an undertaking to dredge a channel, and to erect wharves accommodating deep sen vessels alongside tho plant. The directors are Messrs. R. J. Hudson (Dunedin), Peter McSkimming (Benhar), Janies Fletcher (Auckland), L. J. Stevens (Auckland), A ,C. Leary (Evans Flat), E Bowman (Gore) and a Canterbury farmer yet to bo appointed.
