OTAGO FLOOD VICTIMS
THREATEN LEGAL REDRESS. [Per Press Association.] Dunedin, March 26. A meeting of those suffering from the flood was held last night, when complaints were voiced at the inaction of the City Council and Harbour Board in not taking protective measures after the previous flood. The meeting was emphatic that legal redress be sought, and it was stated that over £l2OO was available as a fighting fund for engaging a leading Wellington barrister to claim against tlie local bodies concerned.
