A fine of £2O vas imposed on H. D. W. Tanner bf Waihi. in the Morrinsville Mai/istrate’s Court yesterday, on a ef Irge of negligent driving and excessive speed. The evidence showed that Tanner had three previous convictions and his license had been cancelled for two years when he met with the accident out of which the present proceedings arose.
