GENERAL NEWS AND NOTES.
Havelock wag visited by a very severe gust of wind at about 9 o'clock this morning. Clouds of dust were swept along the Te Aute and Middle roads, making it very unpleasant for pedestrians. The Havelock North Eire Brigade acknowledges receipt of the following donations: “A well-wisher,” £1; E. C. Clarkson. £2.
