Sidey, who to-day gave notice to introduce the Summer Time Empowering Bill, which will have for its object the granting of power to municipalities, counties and town boards to adopt Summer Tj|ne in thoir respective districts by advancing the clock by not more than one hour for the period not earlier than the first Sunday in October and not later than the third Sunday in March.
