ALLEGED GRAFT

When the graft case against Green was resumed to-day the Court wae informed that the Crown was unable to find Mating or Mrt Pittock, but there was no reason to believe that either had left the country. Maling is the chief witness against Green, who is an ex-alderman of the City Council. The Magistrate adjourned the hearing for a fortnight,
