MIXED MARRIAGE IN CATHOLIC CHURCH CEREMONY AT BUDAPEST (Received 7. 1.20 p.m.) (“Times” cable.) Budapest, Aug. 6. An event probably unprecedented in Europe occurred at Budapest in the Roman Catholic Church, when a mixed marriage was consecrated before the altar. The bridegroom was an Israelite insurance manager and the bride a Catholic. They received the Pope’s special permission and were wedded with full Catholic ceremonial. The Church was crowded.
