T JAMES DUNCAN THOMSON, Returning officer for the election of a member of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board, do hereby notify, in acordanee with the provisions of Section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was Cornelius John O’Rielly, Esquire, of Porangahau. I do, therefore, hereby declare that the said CORNELIUS JOHN O’REILLY is duly elected a member of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board as from the 28th day of August, 1928. WEDNESDAYS — Mangatcretere, Grange and Clive Districts. Also Tikokino, Onga Onga and Ruataniwha. THURSDAYS — Middle Road, Te Kura, Otane to Hastings, including Poukawa and Te Mahanga. FRIDAYS — Longlands, Pukahu, Havelock Districts to Maugateretere Road. Calves must be on the Roads at Farm Gates, and must have been fed for three days.
