FOR HAWKE’S BAY DISTRICT ISSUED DAILY BY MR K K, WRAGGE, F.R.M.B. EXCLUSIVE TO “TRIBUNE.” [By Telegraph—Special to the “Tribune.] Birkhenhead. June 25. Forecast for 24 hours from 9 a. n. to-day, covering the area between Wairoa, Te Ante and the ranges inland ;— The advancing penumbra of a moderate anti-cyclone now dominates Hawke's Bay weather. Expect generally fair to fine conditions, with morning mists and fogs along the tim- > bered depressions and waterways, and cold conditions with frosts inland. Winds light and variable, chiefly between south-west, south and southeast. It is expected that conditions again will shortly become hazy for a change to follow with winds backing to northerly. Sea moderate. DOMINION METEOROLOGIST'S REPORT. The Dominion Meteorologist telegraphs as follows for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:—The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong.
